Maxwell said, "Anxiety will prevent action, without action there's no experience, without experience takes us to the absence, an absence will create anxiety". So, if fear didn't treat well, it will create some new apprehension.

Denis Waitly on his book "Seeds Greatness" has given his surprising result that actually 60 % of our anxiety are unreasonable. 20 % of our mistakes focusing to the past that beyond our power. 10 % of our anxiety are the same things that never change our life time. Only 4-5 % of fear is reasonable.

Denis's statistic show that every single time and energy we cast on the anxiety is become on idle for worthless people. About 95 % are not productive and makes us to start something idly.
